Why haven't I received my tickets?

Your tickets will be issued once the booking has been confirmed.

First, please check whether you have completed the payment, including the 3-D secure verification step, and make sure the email you entered is correct. If it was entered incorrectly, please contact us so we can change it to the correct address.
