Why was my payment rejected?

Payments can be rejected for several reasons:

(1) Your bank or card issuer may have declined the transaction. Please contact the bank/card issuer for further details if you think this could be the case.

(2) You may have entered your card information incorrectly. Please double-check before continuing with your payment.

(3) Your card type may not be accepted by our payment system. We accept two payment methods: bank card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, Maestro) and Apple Pay.

If the payment failure isn't due to any of the reasons above, please try using a different payment card.
