My booking was not successful. Why I was still charged?

When you make a payment online, your payment is always pending until the booking is processed successfully and then the payment is collected. Otherwise we will not collect the payment. Some banks may show the authorisation on your bank statement, but it is usually in the 'future operations'. The transaction usually disappears from your bank statement after a few hours or a few days but banks' approaches to this may vary.
All you need to do is wait for a few hours or a few days, and you'll find that you are not charged.
