1. Open the app and tap ‘My tickets’.
2. Click on the ticket you wish to use. Only current unused tickets are shown in ‘My tickets’.
3. Tap 'Download m-ticket(s)' on the mobile ticket to load it to your device.
4. Activate the m-ticket on the date of travel. An inactivated ticket is not valid for travel.
Don't forget to make sure your mobile device is charged when you make your journey.
